I genuinely appreciate taking my beloved canine companion to this establishment. Following the unfortunate passing of one of my cherished childhood dogs, I began bringing my other canine friend to them due to the exceptional care they provided. I have encountered some rather disappointing experiences with other veterinary clinics; however, I have not faced any difficulties with the veterinarians I have seen since switching to this clinic. Every interaction has been positive, and they consistently address any concerns or inquiries I may have. I wholeheartedly recommend giving them a try!

Wow what a lovely experience! Really recommend Dr Reynolds. My cat had an eye infection and I rang up and got an appointment straight away. They even gave a cat room so no dog smells! Plus the vet table is curved to the floor with a rug runner on it like a huge scratch post. Never seen this before, such a great idea. Dr Reynolds was so kind and friendly and soon diagnosed and treated my cats conjunctivitis! He also made me fully aware up front of all costs which were very reason and nothing was forced on me like some vets try to do! So if you are in The Woodlands or Spring or even Houston I would go here!

Great experience at this office today Staff very caring and professional. Calm and Clean environment. They got us in quickly, the Vets exam was thorough and recommended diagnostic/price was up front and transparent. Once agreed on tests were completed and treatment plan was then discussed and written up in a clear easy to understand way. And my large dog child is on the road to recovery. If I could leave 10 stars I would.

So took my dog here for her final visit to be euthanized and not only did they not order the extra earns that were asked for, but they also didnt order the nose prints that we asked for we paid for the nose prints, and they refunded that but the extra little urns they said they never heard us say that Now that in itself is upsetting because its the last time and objects of my dog who I had for 12 years and I love my dogs almost as much as I love my child, and when I called them to ask about this mistake, they were very rude, very abrupt and made it sound like I was upset about the $90 nose print and kept making it about the money like I was upset about the money. No I wasnt upset about the money I was upset That I no longer have the things that I asked for for my dog and then when I called to double check, they want to have an attitude with you again making it about the money so if you care at all about your animals and not just financials. I would not take your dog or cat or any animal here, all they care about is money and not the animals. They act kind and nice upfront to get you in the door but once your services are rendered, they could care less and again they just give you attitude and make it all about money when its not about money its about my dogs, final moments and the items I ordered and requested to memorialize her, they blamed a glitch in the memorial services computers but what it really was was incompetent staff who either was negligent or just wasnt listening again all they wanna talk about is the $90 and what I paid for Id pay 10 times that just to have the items that I requested and the item that I paid for The sarcasm and the rudeness after speaking to them was mind blowing you would think as vets they would understand. Its not about the money. Its about the animal, but all they see when they see your animal is signs not an animal this place is just there to make money not to heal animalsagain take your animals somewhere else do research and find somewhere better than this place and Im going to add a picture of my pup just so they have to look at it every time they read this one star review. Again, forewarned do not take your animal here if you love your animal, if your animal is just a monetary dollar amount to you then here is fine but if you actually care and love your animal, take it here Edit: so they called me back after they read my review, and again tried to. I guess, change my mind, or explain to me why I was mistaken, or why I should be mad at the memorial place people and not them, but again they tried to make it about the money, and, you know Im not gonna change my mind about how they acted the sarcasm or the monetary part of it also which I didnt state in my original review is that their prices compared to other paces prices are ridiculously high, so if you want to save some money and have your dog taken care of properly go somewhere else.

We had a recent cancer diagnosis on our fur baby and Dr. Reynolds was honest and explained everything in great detail. He went above & beyond in providing care and made the entire experience feel genuine.

Business Response on Google Mar 23rd, 2024
We are sorry for the loss of your pet and understand that you are upset about not receiving nose prints as expected, however, computer glitches do happen, and, unfortunately, we have no control over this. It is unfortunate that this occurred, however, you did receive several additional paw prints, which you failed to mention. You never asked for additional urns, and this was evident as this was not on your itemized invoice. When you called to discuss this matter, we were apologetic and offered to refund the amount for the nose prints as you did not receive what you paid for, but you were the one that made it about the money as you stated that “the buck had to stop somewhere,” and insisted that when it came time for euthanasia services for your other animals, that we would provide them to you free of charge. Because we refused to agree to this, you were the one that started being rude and threatening, and, unfortunately, this behavior is not tolerated. We hope you find a veterinarian that best suits your needs.
