Regions Bank at Grand Parkway 99 & Rayford is so convenient. I love the friendly staff. I feel like a VIP when I stop by. Thank you for going above & beyond and making me & my husband feel special.

Regioms will lie to your face. Or not even tell you the information needed. Their fees are extreme and truly do not care about the customer with their passive customer service. Dont bank here, your better off somewhere else.

I left a negative review but it was not meant for this branch. Leahan Rodriguez helped my wife and I set up an account here and she was amazing, she even gave the baby some coloring books and colors to play with while we set up the new account. She explained everything in detail and got us our cards in that same visit. Thank you Leahan

If I could give this branch 0 stars I would. The BRANCH put a 7 day hold on my cashiers check after telling me it would be available next business day. Ive spoken with other branches as well as customer service and was informed that the holds are definitely up to the branch manager. I was even told by a branch manager that they release holds for consumers they like. So maybe my hold was placed for discriminating reasons. Because there is no reason a cashiers check should have a week hold. There are multiple ways to verify a check in 2024.
