VERY Long Wait Times

I needed to get some of my check in cash and to deposit the rest. The teller either wasn't listening or trying to get me out asap. She deposited the entire thing. So I might end up homeless. Update: Another problem with this location. I wanted to cash my check for a few purchases I need to get done today. They have to put a one day hold on any account transactions before I gain access to my money. I'll be closing my account and taking my business elsewhere.

Many of the tellers at this location are very rude, unprofessional, and impatient. It is sad that those who have served, are being under-served at this location. My husband and I were so excited to have a local NFCU branch come to our area after so many years of banking solely online. The conduct of the personnel here has us avoiding this location like the plague. We will ONLY visit whenever there's something we cannot do online. Please dismiss all of your employees who don't possess even the MOST BASIC of customer service skills. THEY DON'T BELONG BEHIND A DESK TREATING THE PUBLIC! ESPECIALLY THOSE WHO HAVE GIVEN SO MUCH AND SO FREELY TO SERVE.

I recently visited this branch for an auto loan for a vehicle that I wanted to purchase that was sold BY OWNER and I had mentioned this a few times prior to the staff member running my loan preapproval. I got approved for an Auto Loan that was only able to be used at a DEALER so, when I went to pick up the vehicle I had intended on purchasing, I was told I had to cancel this preapproved loan (that I was only able to use at a dealer) when I specifically told the girl it was a for sale by owner). So, they cancelled my preapproved loan, just to run my credit yet again for a loan that was for a less amount just to get denied after being told it wouldnt be an issue to change loans. So, not only am I out of a loan, my credit Hard inquiries have increased, and I am out of a vehicle due to her lack of attention to detail from the beginning. This experience was truly a nightmare that couldve been prevented if she had simply listened to what I was requesting from the beginning. And yes, I will be calling corporate about this!

BEWARE! THE ATMS AT THIS LOCATION ARE OLD AND WILL EAT YOUR CASH DEPOSITS AND NOT RETURN THEM. YOU WILL THEN HAVE TO SPEND AN HOUR ON THE PHONE PLAYING PHONE GAMES ATTEMPTING TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I WILL BE CLOSING MY ACCOUNT AFTER DEALING WITH THIS NIGHTMARE.
