San Antonio-Southwest Military VA Clinic

I have zero complaints about this clinic. The front desk staff is nice all the time. I call to make appointments and the ladies are always happy to help me. My Primary Care Physician, Dr. Garcia genuinely cares about my physical and mental health. Nurse Ginnie is the most amazing, caring, wonderful lady in the whole clinic. Always recommends extra help the VA offers and gives me the information for it. She makes me feel comfortable when I come in for Physicals and woman health exams. The clinic is beautiful and spotless. No complaints, only complements.

They never answer the dam phone Im literally sitting in the parking lot there is no one inside and they still cant answer the phone at 9:15 am on a Thursday.

Trash. The provider always calls in sick and you get a call to reschedule your appointment then only for it to happen again this clinic is the epitome of the horrible reputation the VA has.

They have been providing me with excellent care! For the first time in a long time, my health is actually improving.
