best little neighborhood park around!

There isnt here besides tennis court and jungle gym. However, its clean and not sketchy at all.

Mailbox has been broken since June.

Playground is clean and well kept. It looks fairly new but the swings look older and are in the direct sun. Restrooms are not close by so that's frustrating.

Gated community playground. I drove all the way out and found out it was not a public playground.

Nice place to break and sit down. Not the best area of town, but a part of the Brakenridge Park area that spans for quite awhile.

Outdoor lighting sucks after dark but food was delicious.

Bay of Play is still closed two years after COVID started. Its outside, no need to keep it closed.
