Terrible experience. Contacted Jarrod on June 18. I sent pictures, unit measurements and my info. Made appt for June 21. No show. I tried contact again - said he was loading up at 9:30…arrived after 12:00. Missing parts impeded. Placed order and set up new date. June 24…June 26…Showed up one more time on July 1 and said there were more missing/damaged parts…he just saw this now??? and he wanted 1/2 the payment. I stupidly did this and we never saw him again. My husband tried to contact and after a few excuses (phone messed up and family emergency) he eventually blocked us.
Don’t use this company. My husband and I have many phone calls and texts to prove it.

I had decided pretty early on that I was going to assemble this monstrosity of a playscape myself. As one dad told me "it's a rite of passage for a dad," so I took this task seriously. But you know what I didn't take seriously? The nearly invisible slight grade in my yard. Once the fort portion started to take shape and it had a real gangsta lean I knew I needed help. So I called a few places and quickly found out that they're all several weeks, if not months, out - if they answered at all! Then I called Lone Star Assembly. Jared answered, he made suggestions, he did research, he gave me dimensions, he recommended measuring again - and then we discovered that our ideal solution (an elevated play pit) wouldn't work. Back to the drawing board! A few days later Jared came out with tools and lumber, and set up blocking beneath the unit, he anchored it all together, staked it into the ground, gave a few more pointers about assembling the slide (and then helped me lift it into place) and bada-bing-bada-boom - we're done. This guy came in clutch. He offered tons of insight into the assembly of this crazy 3-story play place. The guy has almost 20 years of experience putting together play systems from all the major manufacturers - you can't go wrong. This is the only way to go if you're not building the thing yourself.

Lone Star Assembly surpassed my expectations! I had my sons birthday coming up and Jared assured my playset would be built in a Timely manner and done right,Him and his helper came and knocked it out the park! Wow my son and his friends love it!!!
