Pool Mart

Called to get a quote on a pool cleaning, sent pictures then never heard back from their guy Eric. I had to call again a few days later to see whats up and the assistant said shed have them call. Rather than just give a quote to the client its a lot of run around and lack of communication. I couldnt even find out if the pool cleaning was good because the communication was so bad.

I called and asked for pool school and I also needed them to check my system because I was having issues. I was told $120 an hour. Well the guy just partially vacuumed my pool and he told me I would be contacted with the estimate to change my sand out and replace a part in the filter. Pool school? I never heard from them but they charged me $125 to come out. So disappointed.

A+ service. I have been using Pool Mart for at least 20 years. Excellent service. Tom is extremely knowledgeable about everything about pool and spa. They just fixed a slew of issues that I have been dealing with at my Blanco house that the builder of the pool could not and would not fix. Thank you Tom!!!
