        I was running a little late so I called to ask if it was okay if I still came in. The lady said yes it was perfectly fine to still come. I drove across town and was pulling in and they called to say they couldnt see me anymore. She said she knows she told me yes but shouldve asked the dr bc now theyre saying no. How is that my fault?!? Waste of time. Got another appointment same day with another americas best. Still so pissed off bc they shouldve said no in the first place.

        Debbie was no help ! And front desk! How the hell I go in to pick up contacts and Debbie cant find them cause theyre not there, the whole time it was in front of front desk. So why they send me in the back to Debbie if it was right in front of them. . No communication. Walked in everyone was just talking instead of working..
