        This is in reference to doing business with Spectrum wireless online. My experience is this, first I was supposed to get free wireless service for a year because of ordering wifi but this was not honored, second I ordered a iPhone 14 but decided to send it back and get the larger iPhone 15+. I had the 14 no more than 2 weeks and sent it back in pristine condition but was charged almost $400 because they said it had scratches on the display glass. I didn't send it in with scratches. No matter what I tried to tell Spectrum for either issue they were infallible and I was dishonest.

        Spectrum is steadily raising their rates. And you would think they would have some discount for senior citizens and for longtime customers. I have been a customer since it was Charter and my reward is a higher bill about every month. And I should have billing them for all the spam calls I have to put up with daily. I probably receive an average of 10 calls a day They don't seem to care about blocking spam callers. Well this will probably be my last month.
