        I came to the UPS store on eclipse day and Peter was amazing. The line was wrapped around the door. He was the only person working when I arrived after 4:40 pm. He was a proud got the job done with a smile on his face. He made my day.

        Came in to return 3 Amazon products. A Hispanic male greeted me and quickly took care of me. I was out in less than 3 minutes because I had everything I needed (shipping label already on box, QR code). I came in around 1pm and it was plenty busy. Great services. Only issue is that the front, automatic, sliding door is a little unresponsive. You have to walk really close to it and side to side so it'll pick up that you're standing there, lol. But that's got nothing to do with their services.

        Find SOMEWHERE else who wants your business!! Horrible customer service!!!! Hispanic male at counter was very rude. Asked if I was shipping perfume and automatically said my items couldnt be shipped even after I told him they did NOT contain alcohol and was NOT flammable! Asked his manager who didnt even come out to see the item. Returned to say, the manager said no! I just walked out! Will find another UPS store who wants my business and will ship my non flammable products!
