        Had to print out something for my college course. One of the guys working in the back (young, brown shoulder length hair, glasses) started loudly complaining about how he hates students and how he hopes no more students come in while I was literally standing at the counter. What was he thinking?

        Very poor service. This latest staff is clueless. I've been going to this FecEx since it was Kinko's for years and was always happy with thier dependability and professional. My last 2 visits have been terrible & frustrating. The older guy with the full gray beard will talk out of both sides of his mouth to get you the store. If someone doesn't like customer service, one should not work in customer seelevice.

        Ridiculously poor customer service and attitude. Everything is someone elses problem, the fedex website, some coworker, corporate, etc. We do thousands of dollars worth of business and consistently experience spectacularly poor customer service and business judgment. AVOID unless your life depends on it, and if it does, good luck because they probably wont care.
