        Came here to return a package. I was greeted immediately and someone came and directed me to scan my qr code in order to return my package. They took the package from me and gave me my receipt. Whole thing took less than a minute.

        My box had eight arrows pointing upwards EIGHT! Fragile stickers all over it, and bright yellow perishable stickers on it, showing that this was a very important box, and it needed to be stored upright. When I walked in, they had it stored on its side, when there was plenty of room to storage it Upright, they just didnt care or pay attention. I even brought this to the attention of the guy helping me and he really didnt care. This was a very expensive very important package that needed to be stored upright!

        Im not sure the last time I got customer service like this stuff. I just experienced at the FedEx store by Walmart. It was pretty awesome. Ill go back there for literally everything I need printed from now on.
