        Received a notice that the name on the label was incorrect but it is not trying to talk to some one Human that could help me . The notice said they are atte.pting to update the information. How? I just keep getting sent through an automated system and when I call a local ups store they want to send me back through the same system This is soooo bad. An important package and I don't even know if they are returning it or some lucky agent is getting a free package. I'm NOT happy as you can tell!
