Pleasant staff...clean room....basic room no frills. Nice safe location. Very quiet. I saw no homeless people or any " riff raff " hanging around. No bugs in my room. Did not smell bad. My only complaints are : Mattress too hard...pillows too small and flat....no comfortable chairs or sofa to sit on in room. The only chairs were 2 small hard wooden ones that would make your legs numb after sitting for more than 10 minutes. Other than that the room is great for the price. I would stay here again. Very peaceful and wifi and good coffee for mornings Rooms: Rooms are decent and clean staff very friendly and would recommend hotel 6 to others Nearby activities: Plenty of activity's to do around area. Safety: Safety is a must and at this motel 6 is very good with safety

It seems pointless to post a review being that clearly the management who replies they are addressing the prior, serious concerns, are doing nothing about them. This is the nastiest, cruddiest motel Ive ever stayed in. I got zero sleep due to some strange people conversing loudly, slamming doors, and even barking dogs throughout the night. I assume those people live there because I cant imagine in any world their behavior being tolerated by the person sitting behind the desk. Yes, this place is convenient & cheapvery cheap & it shows. So, Ill reach out to corporate in every way possible. I want refunds for the two rooms we had being that neither of us got any sleep. DO NOT STAY HERE. Rooms: Disgusting.

I can't get over how much nicer this hotel is than other motel 6s. We're going through a hard time, and staying here is the first time I've had a decent night's sleep in ages! I thought the ambulance noise would wake me up but the walls are so thick you can barely hear them even though the hospital is across the street. There's also a lovely little park you can take a walk in across the street. The fact that there's only one entrance is a nice touch. No one is getting in the hotel without passing the front desk. The owner is a genuinely nice person and the people at the front desk are so polite. The motel is a little old and worn down, but the hot water is nice and hot and so far I haven't noticed any issues with odors. The Wi-Fi and cable TV work great as well. The last motel 6 we were in didn't have either. I highly recommend this place to people on a budget who want to feel safe because San Antonio is a little ruff honestly.
