This place is awesome! Melinda Wells went above and beyond to help me out with two ceiling fans that I came across with missing remotes and a broken glass enclosure, other places would have pushed me to purchase new fans, but Melinda really came through! Will definitely recommend this place to friends and family!

Joel Turney and Co were responsible for electrical and solar installation on my house. This was a very expensive project. I dont remember what the electrician costs were but were well into six figures. The solar selected by my builder (Brian Lavazzari) and his electrician contractor (Turney) was installed quickly with much commentary about 30 year solar panel warranty and german manufacture (Mage Solar). They collected the rebate from CPS and billed me for the balance of a 12 kW system. This basically failed some 5 years later. When trying to get them to even take a look at the system, I was basically ghosted. i tried the builder first, then the electrician (Turney) for years. In the meantime I doubt that the solar was producing (and I probably should sue them), Mage Solar and the inverter company that was used (Solarbridge) went out of business (so much for my 30 year warranty). My biggest beef is that neither the builder, nor the electrician company (Turney) stepped up to fix the non-functional system. I was totally willing to pay for repairs but trying to get someone out to even inspect the system was like pulling teeth. And Im not a dentist. So, if considering Turney for a significant project, please learn from me and think again.

We went in on Tuesday to get a BAF since there one of the few retailers in SA. Not a hello, not one person asked if they could hel. NOTHING. Several people looked at us, passed us, and kept doing what they were doing. A $3,000 sale, GONE. Would not recommend. Customer service is non-existent.
