Batteries Plus Bulbs

They had a great price for what I wanted and the service was quick and complete. Didn't get a 10 because they did not have everything I look for but I really love this place.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! My top of the line car battery was dead and would not hold a charge, car is putting out 14.7 volts so that's not the issue. I call and take the battery in because they have to test to make sure its bad. I was told I would get a call in the morning, did not. I call to check and they put me on hold, someone else picks up and I have to explain the whole issue again to someone else. Finally they tell me that The battery is bad(I knew that) that they sent an email to the owners to see if they would warranty it. because of whatever reason. I asked why they couldn't just pick up the phone for a 2 minute phone call to the owner to get this resolved. was shut down. Now I am being professional on the phone and the rep starts developing an attitude, when he tells me the timeline for pickup is "today at some point" " they did tell you it would take a whole day" (really? it takes 24 hours to test and say yeah bad battery replace it) I inform him that I only have one vehicle which is currently without a battery, that I have to know a more specific timeline since I have to borrow a vehicle from someone (or prepare financially for a 50dollar uber bill) to go pick it up, so his "at some point today" timeline will not work.... I politely asked why, he gave me a mumble of something about high end batteries, to which I reply. Yes exactly it is a high end battery I paid $300+ I bought it expecting for it to last a long time. it did not. I bought it from them at that crazy high price expecting a good product or in case it died good customer service from a "reputable" store. I received neither..... Moral of the story? I should have just gone to a good ol' auto parts store bought the same high quality top end battery and saved myself the trouble. You should too.
