Exchanged multiple emails and set up an appointment to have them come out for a consultation and estimate. Did not show up, did not call, did not return email after missed appointment with any explanation. I had blocked off time from work to meet as well. Would not recommend.

We were very happy with the work Greta & Scott from Built To Bloom did for us. They provided several iterations on the design, and then did all of the installation per plan, adjusting a few things along the way as we requested. Very pleasant people to work with, and we strongly recommend them. Services: Walkway landscaping, Landscape installations, Patio design, Grading & resloping, Garden design, Stone masonry, Landscape architecture services

They over-promised and underdelivered, requiring constant oversight to avoid costly mistakes. The whole process was dragged out beyond the agreed upon timeline and exacerbated by multiple miscommunications between the project manager/owner and the team on the ground doing the work (e.g., built not according to design). While they took the time to correct the issues, we lost time and endured a water line break that we only learned about due to a water flow sensor monitor we had previously installed. It was painful through and through. They wanted to fix the irrigation system themselves but we insisted on hiring an irrigation professional. After multiple failed attempts to match the color and texture of our existing home structure, we were glad that the work was finally complete and the quality was reasonable. Flash forward 6-8 months and we contacted them regarding cracks in the stucco that they installed with hopes that they might be willing to correct it. The low voltage lighting that they installed also stop functioning. Unfortunately, they appear to have no pride in their work and have elected to avoid my repeated attempts to reach them via phone, text and email....totally UNPROFESSIONAL. In good-faith, I even offered to have them do additional work to continue the next phase of the project, thinking that the more complex aspects are behind us and that familiarity with the property might make engaging them again a low-risk proposition. I'm disappointed at their unwillingness to even have a conversation now and pray that others do not ever experience what we have gone through.
