Zion Lawn and Landscaping was the best choice we could have made. From the initial contact to even after the job was done they have always been ready to answer any questions in record time. Their pricing is very fair and reasonable. Edward and his crew were fast, professional and very efficient and finished the job a day early. They went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with their work. Our yard and flower beds look amazing. Edward continues to stay in contact to help with any questions we may have and to ensure the grass is doing well. We highly recommended them! Edit 1: The following morning after the original review, I did get a personal contact from the owner. He was very apologetic and owned their mistake without excuses. He did offer to make it right with a new in-person meeting and provided me with his direct contact, which was appreciated. We agreed to try it again and if all goes well, I'll make a second edit with that experience taken into consideration. _______ Had a 1 o'clock consult call scheduled. After about 15 minutes of no contact, I called the office to touch base. I was told someone would be calling me back any second. After another half hour I called again and let them know they were now 45 minuets late for the call. Again they apologized and said someone would be calling. Now past an hour with no call back and it's clear they don't need my business. Disappointed because I was excited to talk with them based on the good reviews, but I guess it's on to the next one.

We contacted Edward at Zion Landscape Co. and was able to meet in person to discuss the plans we envisioned for our front and backyard project. Throughout the process Edward kept in contact through phone calls, text messages, emails and in person visits. During our consultation Edward listened to our wants and he added very valuable input. After choosing Zion Landscape Co. we signed our contract to start our project. Edward presented us with a 3D design which gave us an idea of what the project would look like upon completion. He was flexible with scheduling, changes and additions to our project. Edward and his team are very understanding, professional and detailed oriented! During each of the different phases we were informed on what was going to take place. At any given time we were able to ask any questions to Edward or his team and we always received a clear explanation. We felt we were kept in the loop at all times. In our opinion Edward and his team are very knowledgeable in their areas of expertise. Here is a list of work that was done for our project: -Areas were prepped for landscaping installation (removal of existing sod) -Installation of Commercial Grade Fabric -Delivery and Installation of Rio Rock -Use of chop stone to create a garden area -Use of chop stone for borders -Installation of hand rail -Concrete retaining wall -Concrete walkway -Concrete steps at the main entrance leading to sidewalk -Concrete patio -Extended concrete stairs from upper patio -Concrete pad for Generac Generator -All concrete was installed with rebar -Areas were prepped for delivery and installation of Artificial Turf (Made in the USA) Edward and his team are very honest, reliable, and trustworthy! Our finished project is above and beyond what we expected! The project was completed in a timely manner even with the rainy weather we had during that time.
