I would never recommend this company to anyone. We used them for our pavers and the pavers are defective. We have been asking for them to fix this since earlier this year and they keep going back and forth with Pavestone, the manufacturer. Sadly, 7-8 months later there is still no resolution. The customer service is horrible and the owners son, Kyle is rude, unprofessional and doesnt have any knowledge in this business. He doesnt return any phones calls and the one time I happened to speak to him, he hung up the phone. They claim to be the best in town, but are the worst. If I could give zero stars, I would.

We can not say enough positive about working with Jason, Junior and crew, and Cribley as a whole. Everything they said would be done was doneand then some. I got a positive vibe from the get-go when they showed up EARLY, earlier than we expected. That alone is different from most contractors. They arrived on site and got to work. There were a couple days I heard them start working even before 8:00am. They always worked with good attitudes and zero excuses for anything. There was a mistake along the way. I was afraid to express this because I know what its like to work with other contractors. It was brought to Jasons attention and he said they would fix it. Again, zero excuses!! We honestly could not believe our ears that they were going to fix the problem as they were very close to completing the project. Junior and his crew were all super pleasant to work with. They even helped us out with something at the end that was not expected of them. About the negative reviews: all of them are on communication. None of them were on their actual workwhich was exceptional. I didnt havent any problems with communicating with Jason. I thought he was professional throughout. I guess if you are going to expect ongoing communication without showing a commitment to hire then I understand. This is a job that pays the billstime is valuable. Again, this company did everything so well. This review cant show our approval enough. We are so thankful that they were recommended and they fixed the atrocious work that was previously done by another contractor. Satisfied customers C & A

Last spring Jason of Cribley, had his crew build the fence below, added flagstone to our backyard, and converted our front yard to hardscape. We also started using their maintenance crew for our lawn. We get compliments on our yard almost every time we are outside.

Called a few months back to get a quote and some help on our pool retaining wall. A guy named Jason came out and spent about 30 min with us going over what needed to be done. Said he could go back to office and talk to another guy and see if it was possible and something that they would do. Called us back and said thst they could do it and they could have us a quote in a day or 2. It's been months so I'm expecting a quote anyday now. Won't return phone calls or messages. Completely ghosted. As I read reviews I see this isn't this company's first rodeo with ghosting people. How hard is it to say we don't want to take on the job. Pretty simple for a company to be able to do u would think. Don't waste your time with them poor excuse for employees and for a company. Would never recommend to anyone ever.
