        I am disappointed at this Quarry Kendra Scott location. I spoke to a young lady about the 2 for $60 promotion and explained one of the items was out of stock and asked if there was anything that could be done to still get promotion price honored. Her response was a very quick no. I thought calling another location was worth a shot and was helped by another young lady willing to find an option to help me out. Regardless of calling in a busy time, she took some time asking around to help a customer. Great customer service from this young lady and problem was solved.

        I went into the store prior to 2PM to get the San Antonio fiesta style earrings for my wife, to then be told they pre sold them way earlier and thats why they didnt have a line. When I called the La Cantera location they stated they were not legally allowed to sale till 2PM, and had a line already. The Quarry location lied over the phone and I drove 45 minutes to the location to waste my time. Waste of time, do not go unless you like to be lied to.
