Outstanding salesmanship was given by Ms. Rebecca. I went in to pick up jewelry only, ended up purchasing jewelry because of her simply communicating with me naturally. My previous experiences has been a hit or miss. My last experience in particular, was not so pleasant. Otero I believe is his name, needs remedial training in customer service skills. When I brought my jewelry in for repair, 2 sales ppl were with other customers, Otero sat there. I approach him, I would like to have these repaired. Long story short he went through the whole process of documenting a repair request without saying a single word! I had to asked why are you taking pictures of jewelry, he responded as if I the process is common sense! I responded with, It would be nice if you wouldve communicated that to me. This was the second time that I has received poor customer service at the North Park store. I had planned to never returning after my repair returned. Thank you Ms Rebecca for your kindness, patience, and suggestive selling! Otero disposition is not welcoming at all! Otero needs to shadow and learn from a previous salesman named Mr. Bobby or even Ms. Rebecca, watch their verbal/nonverbal communication skills. Rant over.

I been coming to the North Star Mall Kay for the last 3 years I never had such bad customer service from Kay until this mall. I dont know how they dont care about customer service, having the worst experience with this employee Ines Kerfoot, every single time the I come to this particular location she is terrible, I came to pick up a ring that was in repairs, she couldnt find it, I told thats fine Im trying to expla .to her that they call me and she said the couldnt call you because we only email people, I show her the voice text from the store and she still didnt believe me, Im not going to dedicate this page to her, bottom line shes just a sale person for her commission paycheck , not care at all about customer, the only thing I cant believe is that corporate dont do nothing about so much bad reviews in this store. Ps: thank you Mario for helping me and take your time with me
