        I was very happy with my recent visit to the James Avery store at the Quarry. I was immediately greeted by an employee who helped me find what I wanted for a birthday gift for my sister. Her birthday dinner was starting soon and I wasnt sure I was going to make it on time. The cashier (Jessica) told the solderer in the back (Isabel) my situation and she quickly got my gift taken care of! Nowadays customer service is so rare and these two ladies made me believe there is still people who do care about their customers. This will always be my James Avery store

Our charms, rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings and other jewelry is still designed and produced in our Texas Hill Country workshops--not far from where James Avery, our founder, started in the summer of 1954. Today you can experience James Avery Artisan Jewelry for yourself in our store at Alamo Quarry in San Antonio!
