        After many pieces my bf has purchased, he got a deal on a necklace & the cross. He was told he could exchange in 7 days, 5 days later he went to get another type & was denied! They wanted to charge him a higher fee after they said they wouldn't. Then said he couldn't swap the cross for another cross. Although it states on their website, you can. Which we brought that up! They wouldn't work with us after being long time customers, FB review got deleted. & lost our business
