TownePlace Suites by Marriott San Antonio Northwest

Terrible customer service! So disappointed that I called front desk three times to request new towels, bed made & trash to be thrown and sadly it never got done! Each of the clerks said it would get done and didnt! The toilet paper holder broke 1st night I checked in. I would not recommend this hotel! The continental breakfast was by far the worst Ive ever had! So disappointed Marriott! Food & drinks: Coffee shop n restaurants near by.

I have the best experience with the Marriot hotels. The rooms were nice and clean, but the staff was what made me enjoy our stay the most. The staff was every nice and welcoming.

Hi, During my visit to San Antonio, I stayed in this hotel. The hotel was very old. The room and corridor were smelly and the furniture was old. The matrix and pillows were so old and the quality was not there anymore. After 2 nights sleeping in the bed my back and neck were terribly carmping and I was hardly able to move and imagine I slept on the floor for the rest of the nights and used the sofa cushion as my pillow. The dishes in the cabinet were full of dust and they were hardly cleaning the rooms. After I asked them for room service, they finally did it on the last night. The kettle was full of sediment and I didn't even feel to use it even once. The fan of the toilet was so noisy. Imagine how bad the condition was that I had to move to another hotel. Once I used the gym and it was so dirty full of tissues and used towels on the floor. Empty bottles of water were around and it smelled terrible. It looked like they never cleaned the gym. I stayed in many different hotels and I never experienced such a thing. I am really surprised how there is no control over such a hotel. I have to say the guys in the reception were nice but the hotel was so disappointing. I am really unhappy about my stay.

Josh, Devon, and all of the staff here are wonderful. Its been a rough transition on my move to San Antonio, but the hotel is clean and cozy, breakfast is delicious, and the amenities here are top notch. Im excited to use the pool later too. Overall, there are fancier hotels, but the service has never been better that what Ive experienced here. Thank you to all of the wonderful ladies and male staff that have made my stay wonderful. From the greetings, to just going the extra mile to say something kind, thank you.
