        The room was infested with ants! When I asked to be moved to another room at 11:00am, they said I would have to take all my belongings out and wait till 3pm to get another room. My dad was in the hospital and I couldn’t take my stuff out. The receptionist and housekeeping manger were not helpful at all!!

        Hotel is very dated. The carpeting in the common areas is very stained and worn. Paint is peeling off the walls in the common areas and the elevators. Decor is dated. Definitely not in the best part of town. At check-in, you get a breakfast "voucher" that you must present to the breakfast worker in order to get the free breakfast. We didn't bother. Overall, one of the worst Best Westerns I have ever stayed at.
