        I'll start with the positives first, bed was comfy and sheets were not bad at all.. no bedbugs at least. Cons... no shower curtain and the shower looked like it was remodeled but not finished. Bed was missing a leg for the support of the frame. Wifi was bad. TV was no cable at all. Someone had there room broken into the last night we were there and it sounded like people were trapping out of their rooms,(probably why the room was broken into). And I saw 2 roaches. Not many but they were there

        Do not go to this place its infested with roaches . Ive reported them to the bbb and my local representative.

        Room was okay not cleanest but it was infested with bed bugs and roaches.

        Clearly I should have checked the reviews before booking. Unfortunately I was taken advantage of by Priceline who suggested this property was a 2.5 star hotel.....opened in 2022. Well I don't know where they got their information, but 2.5 star review average is not a 2.5-star hotel. We booked 2 rooms, they were on the same floor, but not adjacent. The elevator is still broken. I think they put a new coat of paint on the walls in 2022, but the roaches, poor cleaning, and the heavy smell of marijuana smoke, made me glad my car was still there in the morning. Yelling down the hallway at all hours, this would seem to be a step up for the unhoused, but not an appropriate place for a family looking to enjoy Sea World. Couldn't get out fast enough. Luckily we booked for only one night.
