La Quinta Inn by Wyndham San Antonio Lackland

You get what you paid for. We were making a short trip and needed a place that was pet friendly. Everything in the rm worked. And the pool area seemed well kept. But I am glad I bring my own sheets and cleaning supplies. The room was dirty! The sheets were not clean. The doors and walls seem to NOT have been cleaned in forever.

ZERO STARS. This place is highly untrustworthy and unprotected. My SISTER and her family stopped by at this hotel from March 26 to 28. On the 27th she left for only a couple of hours, and when she came back to her room, it was run through and robbed of her valuable items. My review is not false!!!! The police report was filed immediately. We have the report number along with photos and videos as proof; that I will be posting to social media if the manager does not remove his/her comment that my review is false, I took the time to make this honest review to make people aware of how insecure this hotel is. People should be told the truth. I also hope an apology from the manager, and that my sister can get a resolution soon.

Don't stay here. This is a violent, crime-ridden hotel populated by drug addicts and homeless people. We were awakened by a couple yelling and screaming profanities at 2:00AM until dawn. The front desk was called repeatedly and did nothing. We are requesting a full refund. This place is unsafe. It's littered with gigantic potholes, is run down, dirty, and broken. The management staff is incompetent and can barely speak English. Again, DO NOT SYAY HERE. Rooms: Dirty floors, hairs on beds, molding missing, broken fixtures. Safety: Homeless people and other undesirables and drug addicts. Very dangerous.

I don't recommend this place at all, I didn't get enough information and I took this hotel for the affordable price it had but it was a terrible decision, the room was dirty, the customer service was terrible on the part of the reception, and all night one of the guests Maybe drunk or intoxicated, I don't know, screaming and hitting in the hallways, I spent one of the worst nights; We only stayed because we were tired after spending the whole day at Sea World and also too worn out to cancel and have to pay and go out to find another accommodation!! Rooms: The floor was completely dirty, the sheets had stains,
