Quality Inn Downtown - near Market Square

We stayed this past weekend we found a hair on our bed. The sheets had not been washed. The fridge still had a drink left in there. Thanks to Rick he moved us to a new room. In the new room our cable didnt work. We also found a hair in the tub. Service tried to make our stay comfortable..

Great outfit with very kind and helpful staff. Even after some problems with overcharging my card, they were so patient and helpful to get it fixed. If youre looking for a budget place where youll still be close to everything downtown, I would recommend this. Breakfast was good with many options unlike others with similar prices where you get just muffins and coffee.

The room was dirty. The bathroom had hair in the sink and the towels had holes and dirty stains. If we hadn't been so tired of driving 13 hours we would have went elsewhere. The apple juice was old and nasty at breakfast. Rooms: The rooms were dirty and the towels had holes and dirty spots on them.

Rooms: Rooms are ok, not bad for a short vacation. The front desk person was very nice and welcoming. Pool was out of service, which my kids were looking forward to getting in. They served breakfast but didn't get a chance to go.
