Staybridge Suites San Antonio Sea World, an IHG Hotel

We stayed at Staybridge Suites during our recent trip to Sea World and Six Flags. The staff is very friendly and the location is great. The breakfast is a good with a variety of choices. It is a hot breakfast rather than just cereal and pastries. However, the hotel is very old and beat up. It desperately needs to be remodeled. The rooms are spacious, but the furniture is dirty and ripped. The carpet in the room is stained and dirty. It needs replaced. I was reluctant to walk around in my bare feet. The bathroom was terrible and needs updating. The beds were firm and the pillows a variety of soft and firm.

Staff was so courteous and helpful. I would return and use the same location. Food was as expected; various options for a buffet. With being a Gluten-Free person myself, I was happy to see a lot of Fresh fruit, protein, andmostt of all, COFFEE . Thank you to the staff for your ownership of any issue we had, and correcting it, if needed. Nearby activities: Sea World, 4 minutes away, Leave early to enter the park. Safety: Upper level rooms had the safety on the windows, much appreciated. Food & drinks: Available for breakfast. There is only one suggestion to the facility, more convenient store options.

Great experience. The room was comfy pull out bed almost connected to the king! Like one big slumber party! Breakfast was good. Enjoyed their happy hour. Staff was incredibly friendly at all times. I'd recommend this to my closest friends and family Seaworld shuttle saves a ton of time and money. Definitely a win if you're visiting Seaworld.
