PLEASE READ! Nearly a year before the 4/8/2024 eclipse, I booked a room at this hotel. I noticed very late in the evening on 4/7 that they had cancelled my reservation (even though I confirmed it before I left). They never even notified me. When I called Choice, I was informed that since I had booked in advance, I had a better rate than the hotel could currently get. They left me stranded when a million people were expected to be flocking to the state of Texas. The hotel was in the path of totality. They left me stranded without any rectification. Please double think booking a stay here. You never know if they will cancel on you last minute and force you to pay rates that are nearly quadrupole what you reserve.

There was a noisy neighbors next to me. And The rooms used to be bigger because I saw it on Google maps 360 view in the room but they just made it smaller four years ago Anyways the construction it smells like paint and you have to use your own Netflix password on the TVs and if you want to get on YouTube it makes you watch the hotels provided videos by them The breakfast is it hot and there is no microwave The pool is some sort big and if you turn on all the lights in the room barely lights up though and you cant do it online and the AC barely makes it cold I woke up up sweaty I would not recommend it. Noteworthy details: Not Worth it.

This place is awful. When we booked this hotel, no one said it was being totally renovated. There was a terrible paint smell everywhere. There were no first floor rooms. The air conditioner never cooled our room and we woke up sweating all night. The pool did not work, our toilet seat was not attached to the toilet and they refused to fix it until the following day. My husband fixed the toilet using a quarter as a screwdriver...just gross. The towels were dirty and blood stained and the bathroom door did not close properly. The pillows were awful as well. On the booking website, this hotel touts a hot breakfast with "eggs and meat." TOTAL LIE! There was no "hot" anything, except the waffles you made yourself (in a dirty waffle iron), in a dirty kitchen area. There was NOT even any coffee or juice and there were only about five fruit loops in the cereal containers. When we asked the staff about the hot breakfast, the lady with the disgusting dirty green fingernails (with her grandchild playing behind the desk) was rude and indignant that we even asked. This place is GARBAGE...DON'T STAY HERE!!!!! We paid over $100.00 per night when it should have been half that. Thinking of booking a room here...JUST SAY "NO!"
