SureStay Hotel By Best Western San Antonio Riverwalk

DO NOT STAY HERE!! I stayed here for one night and it is the worst place I have ever stayed. While we were out somebody went into the room and stole our money. Our bags had been disturbed and passports thrown around. There are many dodgy characters around and cockroaches in the rooms. Do yourself a favor if you value yourself and stay away from this place. EDIT: A very expensive pair of earphones were also stolen from the room, absolute joke of a hotel. Surestay more like be sure to STAY AWAY. Attempts to contact the hotel have been in vain. Safety: There is no safety people can easily access your room if they want all they have to do is activate a key card themself in reception

The worst hotel to stay They canceled my reservation without notifying me blamed it on corporate when it was them all they cared is about making money for spring break I dont recommend this place nothing even worked they had ppl complaining about the rooms Im glad we didint stay there dont recommend horrible costumer service -0 to this place
