The ER staff was awesome. The receptionist was just staring at me getting my vitals which I thought was rude. The nurses though were so kind, made me feel so welcome, and took amazing care of me.

My nephew was in ICU for nearly a month and I want to give a big thanks the doctors and nurses who helped save his life. They were all wonderful and went above and beyond to care for him. May God bless everyone one of ya'll. THANK YOU!

We recently delivered our daughter here and this was not my first choice but after our experience I would love to come here again if we ever were to have another child. From labor and delivery all the way to postpartum I have absolutely no complaints. Shout out to Kabrina, the nurses and the anesthesiologist in labor and delivery for the reassurance and hiding me through every step of our scheduled C-section. We delivered our first at Baptist downtown and I had the most traumatic experience and this one was definitely nowhere near the experience I had the first time, I felt calm and felt well taken care of the entire time. After the csection when we moved to postpartum our nurses Bea, Valeria, Sierra and CNAs Iris and Marsha did an amazing job in the after care and helping us, one thing we didnt get during our first baby postpartum was the patient care or help a new mommy needed, all these women did their jobs in showing us what a real team of nurses do after a woman gives birth and I couldnt be anymore thankful. I hate to hear that this place is closing but if they dont I highly recommend to any expecting mommys. Thank you to all of the nurses and people we have given a shout out to you women are truly amazing at your jobs!!
