Everyone was so considerate and concerned with my injury from the administration to the RN, to the Doctor. Very careful to leave " no stone unturned" to make sure I was ok. Explained scans and reports very clearly. Expressed sincere gratitude for my military service.

Except for the ER there are No actual Doctors on staff its all TeleDoc and they make you wait 5 hours to be released just so they can bill your insurance for that extra day.
Can you say Insurance Scam.

Im at the imaging office and they dont have me scheduled until 3pm. Original appointment was 11 am on Wednesday we tried to get in earlier on Monday at 4 pm but they called and left a message about not having an MSK doctor available on Mondays. I called back and left a message approving the original Wednesday 11 am appointment.
They (Baptist Imaging) didnt call back to let me know they didnt schedule at 11 but at 3pm but clearly heard my message approving a Wednesday appointment.
