Such a great team! Starting from the front to the back, the entire team were always smiling. Huge help for a surgery patient! Dr Conway & Dr Kraus are fantastic! So knowledgeable, calm & patient with an amazing chairside! Their team were clearly enjoying what they were doing from Charyl to Cassie, all of them. Sorry for not remembering all your names. Outstanding care. For those who complain of long waits, I asked the registrar about that and she said that was up to the Dr (if they run late, you wait) and the hospital has nothing to do with the wait times. She said my Dr (Kevin Browne) never keeps his patients waiting and I was taken back within minutes of checking in. Staff were all wonderful, facility was clean and of all the hospitals Ive had surgery, this was by far the best.

Wow where to start, had surgery on October 20th, 2023. I was not even awake and I was rushed out of this place after surgery with complications. I do not even remember getting dressed as my wife had to dress me while still under the effects of anesthesia, they did not even make sure I could urinate, or really even protect my airway. I was basically rushed out, dumped in our car and told if he doesnt wake up or unable to get out just to sit in the car untilI can. My wife almost got injured trying to get me into the house, I finally wake up fully 6-7 hours later around 9:00pm and could not urinate, last time I had gone was 7am that morning So I was majorly distended, luckily I had medical training and had catheters and was able to teach my wife and a 17 year old how to straight cath me at 11pm that night sitting at our kitchen table, measuring the urine in a Pyrex measuring cup to make sure we did not let out more than 1000cc at a time, we had to do this several times though out that night and morning until we got my bladder empty, more than 2500cc was removed before 3am. I had to continue to cath myself for 3 more days before I was able to urinate on my own without the need of a straight cath. I was doubled insured, no reason to have sent me home before I was awake and able to protect my own airway, able to urinate, & stable on my feet. Seeking legal actions now. People dont let them send your loved ones home before they are ready, this could had ended badly for not only myself, but my wife as well. I could had died, damaged my bladder or other organs, just extremely lucky I had medical training and knew what to do as I doubt my wife could had gotten me back into the car and a ambulance ride would had been extremely expensive and extremely painful to ride in. Luckily we have some video of this day for evidence.

Everyone from registration to pre-op nurse, OR nurse and OR tech staff have the BEST customer service!!! They all made you feel welcomed and made sure my little one was comfortable. Thank you 100 times from this nervous momma. You guys really are the best! Keep up the GREAT work!!
