Ordered for delivery for my workplace with app initially stating 12-12:15. By the time I hit submit, the time changed from 12:15-12:30. I immediately called the restaurant and they said no problem, they would change it back to the original time. 12:30 rolls by and still no food. I call the restaurant again, they say it's on the way. Food arrives at 12:40. Fries filled only halfway. One person's order (a salad) was completely missing. I called the restaurant again...they said they would re-deliver but they don't know how long it will take...I said that it would be past lunchtime...they state there is nothing they can do. Shows up about 1:30pm...past lunch time for workplace. What a mess! I had already tipped generously since it's required at ordering...would have tipped less had I known the service would be poor. I gave two stars because they did pick up their phone quickly on each of my three calls and there was plenty of chic-fil-a sauce in the bag.
