        This place is awful, they keep the door locked and duck behind the counter... only food around so I will be going to bed hungry.

        I went to this Jack's last night at 2AM, there was a sign on the drive thru saying the headset was dead and we had to order at the window. I got stuck in line. It was a long wait and it started to become frustrating. It was until I got to the front to order that I realized only one man was working inside. ONE. He was so stressed out and just trying to stay tall. I didn't get his name but if he sees this; Brother I appreciate you. He took my order and made my order. Order was not rushed and was still made with care. Give that man a raise!

        understaffed and overworking their employees. i placed an order on doordash just for my dasher to tell me there is only one person working an hour or so into waiting.
