Ive eaten at this Jimmy Johns many times and always had good experiences, but I was driven to write this review after the staff went above and beyond. I made an error and ordered pickup at the wrong location and rather than saying Tough luck! they called the other location, voided the order, and made it for me here. Excellent customer service that was much appreciated!

Been waiting for a refund for a month , reach out no response ! Only franchises Mgmt Send txt threw reviews. Don't bother to fix the problem, Bunch of Nothing Bad for business

Great food and staff as always, but who controls the music? The music playing on the in-house speakers (not some employee-owned bluetooth speaker behind the counter) was rap featuring... *all* the words, including descriptions of sex acts. I don't personally care but I doubt I'm in the majority. This was at 12:30pm. Loved my #9!

My very FIRST visit to Jimmy Johns will be my LAST! Ordered #9 Italian Nights with NO onion, add pickle. Got home, no pickles but plenty of onions!Ugh! Meat is very chewy & stringy. Ordered 16 #13 Cubano, online menus says NO lettuce & tomatoe on sandwich, got home covered in lettuce & tomatoes, & NO bacon either thats supposed to be on the sandwich. What a waste of $30 bucks! Been there, done that, scratch it off the list! Parking: Parking is scant & difficult to navigate due to the busy restaurant next door. Also ingress/egress from street difficult due to proximity to busy intersection.
