Horrible horrible horrible customer service, person and product. Waste of money and time. Worst store owner I have ever spent money with. Picked up my shirt that was supposed to be embroidered that took over a week when they said 3 days, my shirt was just a iron on transfer paper that was burnt.I Paid $29 for a $5 shirt. Sad sad sad. Reported to the BBB. Pray they don't sleep at night!!!! So many bad reviews. I should of looked . I was just trying to support local small businesses. Better and cheaper with vistaprint or Amazon

Absolutely disappointed. The customer service was terrible, the product itself was not worth my time or money. 1/10, definitely not coming back and dont recommend anyone to as well. My shirt was supposed to be embroidered, but instead looked ironed on, and burnt as well. No thank you!

I don't know WHAT these bad reviews are talking about - Laura was extremely helpful with helping me get a custom shirt printed last-minute. She was very professional, polite, and the shirt was printed to my specifications right on time. I'll definitely be coming back whenever I need anything else printed.

I placed an order for T-shirts for my sons birthday. I was initially given the wrong cut off time for pick up. On the day of my sons birthday, I pick up the shirts to find out that the prints that I requested on the back of the shirts were missing. I was only refunded $4 per shirt when the original cost of each shirt was $26. Do not rely on them to get things done effectively especially on a special day. Go elsewhere to get your moneys worth. Google should allow a zero star rating especially for the lack of compassion I received.
