What kind of company is this. You have to ring a doorbell and wait for a Elmo look alike to answer the door not let you in the office. Sitting there talking to you on the side walk like a dope fiend,.. not professional at all The funny thing is if you go back and read the reviews, she does the same thing to other people really rude leaves you outside and slam the door on your face..

I was doing last minute shopping for my sons school and needed the shirts to be embroidered by the following day, the daughter of owner told me theyre turn around time was usually more than 24hours but she made an exception, and I am very greatful for their service and bending over backwards for my lack of time. I will actually be dropping off 4 more this week!!

For anyone who understands Business Ethics, you're going to want to read this review. This is also the first review I have written in my life. I never get to that point but after my experience with this business, it seems fitting to warm future customers. Do not do business here. The uneducated woman at the front (who claims to be the manager but is probably just a receptionist) had no understanding on how to treat customers. I don't know about much about screen printing or making t-shirts, so I had questions that she seemed to be annoyed with. I asked if I could speak to someone else, but she declined. I asked if she's having a good day, then she said she's not going to do business with me and walked me out. Obviously she is mentally sad and dealing with personal issues, but bringing them to work is unprofessional. So if I was the owner or manager, I would definitely let her go because she is pushing away customers, literally. I now see why there are numerous reviews regarding her horrible work ethic.
