        DO NOT BOTHER. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Lady on the line sounded like she hated her job, got offended by polite questions based on what they had to offer because im searching for a embroidery shop to stick with long term. Absolutely rude personal questions were asked by THIS BUSINESS!!

        This place is amazing! After being told my item could not be embroidered at other places (it was the strap for a headlamp), I decided to stop here on my way home. I'm glad I did! The lady tried it anyway despite her doubts, and embroidered it while I waited. I was there about five minutes total, and it looks perfect!

        I had looked up many embroidery shops and talked to others about getting some concepts made only getting the run around. I then looked up this shop read the reviews and decided to give it a shot... to my delight Sharon was able to help me realize my vision and has helped me make many different ideas come to Life! This is my Embroidery shop I refuse to go anywhere else. You should definitely check out this shop!
