        Been with them for over 13 years. I was scammed by a job I took as they gave me a cashiers check with a POX BOX # on it that was not good and still didnt cover what I had in my accounts and the bank teller off OConnor and IH35 still cashed it making another cashiers check as I asked her if the funds were there and she said yea for my newbie employer to be deposited into another banks account. Firstmark just showed they loyalty NOT! I lost what I had in my account and they lost a customer. Now Im going to have to dig into my 401k. Now Im going after my newbie employer! ***Update**+ so far this reply by Firstmark has become a joke. They basically like to show the public they care just with an empty reply. I have not been contacted by headquarters as again the teller, manager at the OConnor location took and checked the cashiers check I gave them and said its good and the funds are available. Come to find out they are going back on their word, froze my account and stole my money. This how they treat their long term customers. Now Im selling a piece a land to be able to come back to life and as the market is shot because of the high interest rates I have no other choice than to dig into my 401. If you ask me to recommend Firstmark, DONT DO IT! Very unprofessional and careless supervisor(s).

      In 1932, ten teachers signed a charter to begin San Antonio Teachers Credit Union and served members from the original location at Fox Tech High School. Firstmark has grown the initial $475 investment to almost 100,000 members and over $1 billion in assets and continues to advance a legacy of helping members live out the highest vision for themselves.
