I was charged an NSF fee. I asked for a transfer to be canceled. I was too late! I was face to face with a representative. Sure wish she had warned me. Today I was told nothing could be done and it was indicated to me that more notice is required. Thing is that was several years ago. That's what I get for trusting a money making institution. I was reminded yet again that a modest income has no power.. It must be a real bother to handle my few dollars.

The staff and management at this branch really do give great service to each and every member. Those complaining about wait times that is everywhere you go businesses are still short staffed. The staff at this branch do their best in making sure each member can be taken care of with all their banking needs as quickly and efficiently as possible. The management and staff at this branch execute kindness that the world needs more of.
