Reason #1 this bank has gotten worse every year: It seems they are trying to discourage you from coming in at all. They give you a generic number to call for every issue. The hold time on number is ridiculous. The whole time you are holding a message keeps coming back telling you to resolve your issue on line. Whats the point of opening the lobby? You cant e-deposit checks over 10k, but if I go in the lobby, Ill get a letter saying I should use the online banking for all transactions. If I want to use MY money and spend more than 5k in a single day, I have to call Big Brother Bank for permission to do so.

They don't care about their members. Worst decision I ever made was joining. No support on weekends. Don't return calls and find anyway they can to deny fraud claims.

Horrible service, tried to open a savings to get a loan and the front lady wasn't listening to what I was inquiring for basically told me they didn't have personal to help me and to do it online or go through a different bank..  yeah thanks for trying to help me.

I'm still in line... They need to redo the lunch schedule for employees so everyone goes to lunch before or after the bank lunch rush. I've been sitting in one spot for almost 15-20 minutes. The ATM needs to be recalibrated, meaning when you touch the screen it thinks your finger is in a different place, so that line stays long too... A few suggestions RBFCU -add another ATM somewhere on the property - Have more employees help out the drive thru lunch rush. People are doing this on their lunch time. Most people lunches are 30 minutes. Several cars turned around, I don't blame them.
