        AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! Stephanie at the front desk is very rude and she should not be the first person to greet and talk to customers.

        The customer service rep was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient in explaining the process to my daughter. She also called the fraud team to clarify information. She gave us exceptional service. They were also quick to help us. Again, thanks to Brande and other staff for outstanding support. UPDATE: Customer Support was great however the unrecognized charges are still showing up in our account.

        The representatives were very welcoming and friendly, as soon as you come in youre greeted with a smile a a good morning. I love that they even take the time to ask how are we doing. They interacted with my little one and even gave her a piggy bank. I am happy that She is a very happy child this morning thanks to you guys.
