Credit Human | Alamo Quarry Market Financial Health Center

Not a very convenient location as they cannot have a drive thru and even worse the bank does not have actual Tellers. All tellers are virtual and talk through an ATM screen. How can a bank re-brand themselves as Credit "Human" when the human interaction almost feels absent.

This credit union is so conceited, just like their pompous building on Broadway.Everybody agrees even their name is silly, with its faux European aspiration.They are a credit union for the financially inexperienced and unsophisticated, thus their emphasis on "educating" on "financial health."They are full of shit, their website sucks, they think everything is fraud.  Look at all the 1-star reviews and those losers don't even give a shit.I closed my account today!

I Visited to make a deposit using their interactive Teller Machines. Not only could I insert cash and/or checks, but I could speak to an on-screen adviser for assistance. No problems so far. The lobby has a nice modern look with a small touch screen to check in. I only wish they were open until 6pm all week instead of just Fridays.
