Credit Human | Commercial Avenue Drive-Up

Very predatory lender avoid all cost I beg you don't choose this bank you will regret it. You can't pay your loan without a bunch of hoops they only accept one form if you live far from there branch. They are very much debt collector vibes. wish we could've got both our loan with rbfcu at least they accept debit card payments online if you don't bank with them. and no one answers the phone 8 min wait turns into 1 hr. Don't be one day late because your bank didn't transfer funds fast enough. 12 calls in one day with the lady saying pay now or we will take your vehicle like chill yall dont have no other way to pay you then bank transfer and your online site is outdated 2008 vibes and hard to navigate you need email or human customer service permission to do everything.

There is one employee inside . know one knew that they close at 3 oclock on the weekday multiple times we tried calling the employee through the call teller. Employee was just rude rude rude. This is the worst bank drive-through experience Ive ever had. I will definitely do you more Generations Federal credit Union. Ive never been treated like this with them credit human sucks. All he should of done was advise us they were close . Or Put up some sort of sign posted they were close
