This is where I come to vote. They were so polite to me and walked me through my first time voting and I didnt feel out of place.

Kirby needs to be annexed with San Antonio. Kirby cannot survive on its own. The streets are filled with potholes and theres no sidewalks on most important streets, the water in kirby cuts off many times, and the entire infrastructure is outdated and looks like the buildings in kirby will collapse any month now. Also Kirby PD is very unprofessional

This what I sent to Kirby City Manager and Chief of Police along with pics. The responses were disappointing. If you feel the sane speak up. Chief of Police Cardona and Mrs.Vernon, I received a ticket by Officer ____ on 7/27/2022 at 11:26 pm. The citation number is _____. I received the ticket he states at 3100 Crest. This was really the first time in my life I have drove through Kirby and I am going to stay away I hope from here on out. I was dropping off some passengers and listening to GPS which was mounted on my car. What I noticed about this neighborhood was the lack of visibility- very dark. Not only that but stop lights are not very visible. I have attached a picture of one I encountered two minutes after leaving the traffic stop. It is at the corner of Swann and Springfield-totally covered. So, I got out of my vehicle and took a picture with and without my flash on. I spoke to a resident who lives in this neighborhood and she stated it is always dark and the residents are paranoid to drive at night because Officer _____is always out ready to catch people. I am disputing this ticket and will speak to the judge and ask for a survey of the area and the video of my stop. I can own my mistakes but what I realized about your city from the ten minutes I was there was yall seem to have created a racket to make money but are negligent in providing safety and security for residents who dont make a lot of income- sad. .
