Pretty fast and very helpful no complaints. First time here.Not sure about everything else but I came for immunization records and was in and out.

Arriving here I was welcomed in the back by security, grateful because I did not know where the front door was! Vanessa the front office representative IS AMAZING, QUICK AND EFFECTIVELY and IMMEDIATELY helped me with literally EVERY thing I needed! She is nice and polite. The lady working with her has beautiful colored hair was helpful, and sweet being a team player which I absolutely appreciate! Toy story had just finished playing and the security up front didnt mind at all replaying for me while I waited for my records! The waiting area is clean.

Doesn't matter if you make an appointment it will take forever for them to see you, they don't care if you expend hours waiting for a vaccine. It worst than any bad doctor office. If i can I would give o stars.

They never answer the phone and the excuses in front are very rude, only the doctor and the nurses are very, very kind but in front very bad service.

Had an appointment at 10:30 for a single shot . Got there ahead time 30 mins to have no problems had to wait outside standing pregnant had to ask to get a seat didn't get seen till 11:40 and the shot only took 5 mins was not busy nurses was nice but that wait time was ridiculous
