District 3 City Council Office

There was an office. But of course, still running on the skirt tail of Covid-19 no one in the office but a phone number no one answers. Will see if anyone calls back.

Phyllis Viagran has done nothing about the overgrowth and the large amount of trash around the areas of Goliad Rd. & SE Military Dr., I-37 & SE Military Dr. These have become a safehaven for many homeless people who continue to trash our community. Grass never gets mowed and the trees and vegetation that the City of San Antonio planted never gets trimmed creating places for homeless to camp underneath. Phyllis Viagran should be fired.

Don't waste your time bringing a concern to this office. Viagran and her staff are unimpressive politicians...nothing more. It's unclear if they are completely incompetent or just lazy. This district deserves better. Let's get the word out.

Took a concern to the office. Intially have a appointment to meet with her, and than they call me back canceling it. Addressed with her aid felt if I waited longer discrimalatory actions would persist. Collected a petition now with 2500 names on it from door to door canvasing from her district. A writer even came and interviewed me and my volunteers. And contacted them for a comment. There response was " He filed a lawsuit against the city, So the city Attorney advised us not to speak to him." Funny thing was I went to her first before anything and even to this date haven't filed against the city. Its there excuse to not do anything and it easily shows not for the constituent of thr district but all for the city. If you have had similar experiences please contact me.
