My old S20 that I bought 4-5 yrs ago was having issues charging/holding a charge, so I reluctantly had to get a new phone. Called the store and spoke w/ Tre Alvarado and he was polite and helpful, so I went in and he took great care of me. Got a new phone and a few other items and was satisfied w/ experience a7 purchase. I've been a Sprint /T-Mobile customer for over 20 yrs. Tre & the other employees were friendly, professional, and had great energy. Go see them !

I had been to 4 other Tmobile stores for a space issue on my phone and no one was able to help me till i came to this location, where JORDEN was able to finally find the issue and help me! I was so happy, I could cry! Thank you Jordan, you're the best!

I don't recommend dealing with this store. They are commission driven at all cost. I went in to get help with replacing my stolen phone. I explained to Jessica that my phone was stolen and what was I eligible to get to replace it. I told her I was 20 yr. customer. She told me there was nothing I could do but purchase a new phone. So I had no choice but to purchase new phone. I was greatly dissatisfied with my customer service I received. I came Home and a couple says later I called customer care and they told me they(store) should've referred me to file a claim and pay only deductible for a new phone. I filed claim and received new phone. I took phone back to t-mobile store and same girl assisted me and told me there was a $175 restocking fee. Then later changed it to $70. I emailed district manager to discuss the customer service I received and have yet to hear back from her. It's been a week since emailing district Manger. I guess she's too busy to deal with on going issues. Im seriously thinking about changing providers. So in a nutshell call customer care first instead of going in or buyer beware...
